I bought Aperture when it first came out and found the program a great help to my photographic workflow but the user's manual was greatly lacking in it's decription and helpfulness in using the more obscure parts of the program. On release of Aperture 1.5, Apple seemed to get the hint and updated their user's manual to include many user functions that had up to that point gone unexplained (ex: more comprehensive description of the Adjustment Inspectors features).I bought this book hoping to go one step further and find useful information and further help on using Aperture to it's fullest potential. I found it did not include much more than the user's manual and wasn't that inciteful or helpful in further use of the program for the cost of the book.I suggest using the on-line manual and saving your money unless you are a reference junky and need it on your shelf.
