Reviews
All the old Alfred's Basic Guitar books from 1959 are FAR SUPERIOR to the current edition. Books 4-6 that are still in print are the originals, while books 1-3 have been revised. Books 4-6 teach more advanced keys and upper positions. Definitely best with a teacher. The original 1959 versions of these (which again, includes current volumes 4-6) are some of my very favorite notation method books in my teaching studio.
